Hi folks,
I joined a bank in August when in January there are promotions. I've heard it is automatic that everyone gets next level (A1>A2) but not sure if that is always the case. Do you have any ideas to increase my chances?

Did you join with experience? If so, you'll probably get bumped up in Jan. If you're a brand new grad they will probably wait until next August to give you A2
