JP Morgan London apprenticeship

Hi, I'm an 18 yr old who just got offered for a degree apprenticeship by JP Morgan in the London office for financial services. I'm making the post to ask whether with this apprenticeship I'll be likely to enter into M&a ideally when I finish the 4 years. From my knowledge, theyres an opportunity to enter into front office after 2 years but I'd presume spaces would be limited between all positions and thus I'd need to be in the top percentage to get roles in these areas. If I end up in a front office role, would I be able to get into M&a when I finish the apprenticeship but also, if I stay in middle office, is there still a possibility ?
