JP Morgan Management Associate Program?

Does anyone have any insight into the JP Morgan Management Associate Program. Their website states that the program is "the only one of its kind in the financial services industry."

What does that mean? It seems like every major bank has a Management Associate Program. What makes the JP Morgan program so special?

Thanks everyone!

Yeah - it's apparently only open to MBA students with > 4 years of prior work ex , > 3.5 GPAs (whew). What is this? How is this different from IB associate? S&T associate? Research associate? Aren't you all - managers in a way?

lonestafferIts Associates in their Finance division. They rotate to different finance roles at JP

Agreed. This is more of a "corporate" role vs the front office positions. Anyone familiar with the pay of this position?

Also anyone knows if other banks have similar INTERNATIONAL rotational programs like this? A lot of them are only rotated within US.

Thanks!

sounds like bs. Management associate programs generally are rotational programs and are attractive because it promotes a faster track to rise up the ranks and gives broad exposure to a bank for those who have no clue. However, this is all at the expense of a binding contract, minimal 3 years i believe for most banks.

How does this differ from IBD / S&T associate tracks?
