J.P. Morgan MMBSI salary comp

Hello everyone, interested in learning about the current compensation structure for Analyst 1 roles within J.P. Morgan’s MMBSI program. Specifically, I am interested in understanding the base salary and typical bonus range for the Focused tracks such as Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Financial Sponsors Group (FSG), and Syndicated finance group (SFG), and how these compare to the Diversified track for HCOL such as New York, Chicago, LA etc.

For the first full analyst year
Diversified: 80k / 10k
ABL: 90k / 15k
SFG: 105k / 35k
FSG: 105k / 35k

Rare but not impossible. Switching as intern -> analyst is the most common

The recruiter told me it’s possible for diversified interns to receive return offers into one of the Capital Advisory groups. Curious if you know what the process for that looks like?
