Ignore my title. Would argue that DCM is one of the best groups at JPM IB when it comes to culture and hours. Culture is super chill across the board, and most seniors are easy to work with (strong deal flow so minimal marketing and no need for juniors to iterate just to make slides look marginally prettier)
Do you know what average hours look like for an Analyst in DCM IB at JPM? Also, any insights you can share about the ECM team would be helpful as I was always told that they had the best hours
It's sweaty with great exits and there's 4 different verticals. Banks is the strongest vertical. There is a huge culture of staying late in the office, which is very different than the rest of JPM IBD which is late nights but work from home. Very large group but people mostly only work within their vertical. Exits are mainly to FIG MF PE.

Is this for NYC or London? Thanks!
What about the Healthcare and M&A team in London ? In terms of culture/exits/prestige.
bump, also interested
M&C is a nightmare
why?
What about ECM, DCM, or Real Estate? Anyone have any insights into the culture and hours of those teams?
ECM / DCM is entirely dependent on which vertical you cover / senior you work under

Anyone have any insights on their FIG lateral process?
Have there been MF exits from the tech or consumer groups?
can’t speak for consumer but someone in tech just went to KKR
What about JPM London ? Was interested in the M&A team, any insights ?
