JPM having trouble filling FT class?

I noticed that on my school's careers page (target/Ivy) JPM has postings for front office full time roles for class of 2018. They have openings for S&T (just posted today, apps close 4/6) and ECM (been up a while, apps close 4/30). Also a ton of openings for wealth management, middle office, and back office.

Is this typical?? They're literally in the middle of recruiting SA's for 2019 but haven't even filled the full time class starting in 3 months lol.

Usually when this happens they just reach out to people they previously interviewed and rejected (had this happen to me). I'm at a lesser Ivy which means they also posted this on the websites of all the better schools. I doubt they would do that just to fill one spot.
