JPM Lev Fin 2026 Lateral Process
Curious to hear thoughts about the team in 2026. Saw the team is hiring multiple lateral positions and was interested about culture, deal flow, etc in 2026.
Know historically the team has been #1 on Wall Street and has huge market share.
Excellent culture in and out of the office, very friendly EDs. Definitely a lot of asians/indians/arabs there but heard its okay bc they dont smell like curry. Culture wise, they love basketball players
Heard if you "put in the work" you can fast track your promotions..not sure what it means but sounds like a great opportunity
Got raped during my performance review, it was awesome

If you put in the work especially driving harder you might lead LevFin originations. Remember, crying is not an option and try to very hard!
