JPM NY v. RBC NY v. PWP NY

Asking for friend with inactive WSO account and I was also curious: Hi all,I'm a diversity candidate recruiting from a semi-target, and I just finished the process.I'm currently deciding between JPM NY and PWP NY, not as interested in RBC or WF. I've read through multiple threads on WSO and spoken to several upperclassmen/ mentors as well.I'm really torn on what to do.

Take JPM if you like the BB experience, take PWP if you like the more generalist exposure and more technical experience. On average, if you work hard you’d have similar exits. Consider what you want to work on, and who you want to work with.

Congrats, can’t go wrong!

Yeah that makes sense, they built up their brand and reputation as a BB junior and then chase $$ as an EB senior when the pay difference in base and bonus b/w MDs can vary much more than the pay b/w analysts

Agree with the above. I think between JPM/PWP it’s more of a question if BB vs EB than anything (both are similar quality firms). Congrats!
