Worked at JPM in the past, mainly group dependent. Knew people that would come in a few hours a day then leave. Sometimes wouldn’t show up.
Bruh no, I believe after 5pm you can go home and wfh, top bucket at JPM usually stay past 5pm
99.9% of groups are in 5 days a week - few like M&A in X city come in once a week
This is correct. There is one group. But even that is just more like no facetime, as opposed to saying you want to be full remote. No RMs at JPM would remotely come close to approving that, when the constant message from Jamie / Global Chairs / Global Heads are to get back in the office 5x a week.
