JPM Return Offer Rate

Hey all I am an incoming intern in JPM S&T NYC...Quite anxious about the return offer rate...I heard it was 50% last year from WSO while it was much higher (75%) in 2018 and years before. Would really appreciate it if anyone can share any insights:)

I am just an intern so not too much experience. However, just give it your all, put in hard work and grind and you will be successful and earn the offer. If people see you are eager to learn, put in the work and are a likeable person, they will want you back. Something that always helped me was to be independent and don't ask my co-workers for every little question right away. Use Google and other resources to figure it out, if you can't then ask. You can then tell people that you tried finding answers and the path those lead you on but that things are still not clear, this will show that you have the drive and motivation to do the job.

gotcha...thanks...That's exactly what I am thinking abt the internship

Wouldnt it compeltely depend on the desk? As some desks are doing significantly worse than others right now
