JPM SA Pre-Employment Tasks
Got an email recently that HR is missing several pre-employment tasks from me. I searched the subject lines mentioned (“Begin your onboarding experience at JPMorgan Chase” and “JPMC background Screening”) and am unable to find the original requests, either in my regular inbox or spam. Anyone know what’s up with this?
HR said there have been a lot of email errors, so people haven't been getting the emails or they were getting sent correctly. You should call 1-877-576-2427 and type in your SSN when prompted - it should bring you to an HR rep and you can let them know that you haven't gotten anything yet.
Thanks! I got in touch with them over the phone and the emails still weren’t coming through, but they’re working on it now
I don’t think background check has begun for JPM SA. I only got one email from HR, which is a location survey.

I'm confused - do we have to set up a drug test appointment or not? The link in the background check portal didn't direct to anything.
apparently the drug test is randomly generated. i got one, but i didn't have any place to fill out past employment for some reason. did they get rid of that?
Just called the number on my offer letter. The HR said pre employment background check usually begins 90 days prior to your start date, which is June 7th for me... so we should receive the emails in few days.

just got them. for some reason though i didn't have anywhere to fill out past employers on the BIG report, did you get that? i got everything else including fingerprint appointment and drug test

You should definitely reach out to HR; I got placement results on the 2nd.
