IMO, if you have an offer from Evercore and turn in down, you are crazy. I think they have an amazing culture with some great M&A. You'll get a great technical experience with some good exit ops
Heard only PJT/Blackstone and Moelis overall offer comparable exit opps as Evercore. The stronger groups at GS and MS also offer exit opps comparable to those from Evercore.
