JPMorgan Autism at Work

If anyone has any experience with JPMorgan's Autism at Work program, please DM (or let me know, and I can DM you). Looking to learn more about the org. For content, I have a junior internship at an EB, but the firm has very limited affinity networks. Personally, I think it would be cool to work with and learn from those with similar lived experience as myself. Lot of the people at my university have really enjoyed JPM IB plus this is the only investment bank which has a program like this (to my knowledge, I could be wrong). I would be looking at JPM IB and AM.

I reached out to a VP involved with the Autism at Work program, but really haven't gotten anywhere or learn anything. Some programs like this are purely for show and the press coverage, and others are a legitimate commitment to gaining talent from under-tapped communities.

i recommend staying at the eb bro - find other autists outside of the workplace if you want those connections. at jpm you won't be more "protected" vs banks without the program. if anything the eb will be a better environment due to smaller class size.
