KeyBanc - Trajectory & Reputation

Recently accepted an offer with Key for Summer 2023 and I've always felt a little underinformed about the firm's trajectory and reputation in general. My understanding is they are LRB/MM tier with some well-respected groups (somewhere just under RJ/Baird?). Personally I think I'd like to stick around at Key, since I don't plan for PE exits as of now and would like to stay in IB- if the firm is growing. Any insights would be great. Does anyone know about comp? Understandably, there isn't much on this site about Key, so general info can be dumped here too for the benefit of others

lower regional bank, although I don't believe KBCM is a LRB by any means
