Ladenburg Thalmann Reputation
Does anyone know Ladenburg's reputation? Is it a quality investment bank or a smaller time research shop? There's not a ton of info about them out there at least from former analysts and whatnot
It’s a half step above chop shops like maxim group, Roth Capital, HC wainwright etc.. mostly does PIPEs RDs, Reverse mergers, SPACs and public offerings for micro cap and small cap life sciences companies. Very little, if any sexy M&A work.
Pay and exit opps are going to be crap. Take the role if nothing else is available and lateral to a MM within a year.
