late interview for SEO: No chance?
SEO is completely rolling acceptance right? I sent my app in late October but just got an email for a phone interview in late January. Don't people already have their SEO placement-acceptance offers already?
Is there any chance at all of getting an SEO offer if my phone interview is that late? Will there even be any openings?
what makes you think that they would go through the interview process if they did not have any spots left?
Regardless, do not worry about things out of your control. If you want to participate in the program, then prepare for the interview as you normally would and see what happens. Its really as simple as that.
Just do the best you can. Also apply for other internships as well.

i think theres three different rounds... i just applied online for the january 22 deadline
You probably did not receive first round phone interview and were placed into the basket of 2nd rounders.
I think that's the case too because I applied before the November deadline but didn't hear until a month and a half later. They called it "interview b" or "2b" or something like that.
I'm still going to go for it but basket of 2nd rounders means bad news right? Is this like the college waiting list where you only get a shot if others reject SEO?
