Later recruiting timelines/smaller banks to approach

I'm a non-diverse candidate at a semi-target school with a not crazy high GPA. For most of the firms I've networked with I haven't been/don't expect to be moved to a super day. Are there any banks that typically recruit on later timelines that I should start heavy looking at, or smaller banks that also recruit late/rolling? Primarily looking for NY but am happy to explore other hubs like Chicago or honestly any city at this point.
