Lateral after SA
3 weeks out from finishing SA at a MM bank trying to go BB/EB. On track for RO and currently networking with a handful of banks. Everyone I’ve talked to so far has been informative and say they’ll help if seats are available but always say wait till you get the RO.
Trying to make a plan from my final day moving forward. What should my emails look like, do I wait for apps to drop, should I email recruiters? Are most apps gonna be generalist or group specific?
