Haven’t seen much discussion on here about laterals and their bonuses and with the lateral frenzy would like to open it up.
Can anyone comment on recent laterals’ bonus expectations? How many weeks / months do you have to join before getting anything at all (even pro-rata)?
I’m sure it’s bank dependent but would love some context on precedents, especially at BB. Thanks.
