Lateral Cold Email
Extremely low response rate (~1%). Is it a bad time right now for coffees? I've had my email/resume vetted so I know there's nothing wrong in that aspect.

I'm getting started so don't have much data point to speak of but disheartening to hear your response rate, will follow up if it's any different for me
Not the best time given all the intern coffee chatting, but not a bad time either because it’s not SA recruiting season.
You mentioned you had your email vetted, so the problem might be that theyre not personalized enough.
With cold emails, you have to show them a strong reason to get on the phone/meet for coffee since there’s nothing actionable an A&A can do unless there’s already an open spot.
