Lateral from MM to BB and from analyst directly to asso - how to perform

So I decided to lateral from my MM in NY and am moving cities at the same time to Austin, and will be joining a BB. The fellas from the Austin BB apparently liked me so much that they offered me an associate promo directly (altho I was due for one at my previous spot anyway in a few months) but I'm just trying to wrap my head around how complicated it'll be to join a brand new team (without a clear idea of what is exactly expected from Associates in there) and also hop into a role with more responsibility.

I've obviously taken notes from my associates and I've seen how they operate, but I'm afraid it'll still be too stark a change. So - TL;DR I guess is tips to outperform as a fresh associate in another bank?
