What the title says. Do lateral ANs get sign on bonuses? I know FT does out of undergrad but does this extend to lateraling at the AN2/3 mark? Especially if essentially half my bonus has accrued this year

if you are on same cycle as te new bank, they just pay you in full (so you don't lose the part of the yr you worked).
if u are on different cycles, you can negotiate for a bonus payout - but tbd if HR will play ball.
as for strictly sign-on, you can maybe negotaite relocation bonus tops 15k

i lateraled as an A1 and got a signing bonus equivalent to the clawback payment for my previous gig -- think thats generally the protocol as long as you ask for it
