How does a lateral hire interview differ from undergrad if the person has no banking experience? I know in typical laterals, you would be questioned on the deals you've worked on, but since I'm coming from another part of finance I'm not sure what to expect. I'm assuming it's just a deeper dive on technicals? Is fit more important? Serious comments only please
