Hi guys, I have a first round with the financial institutions group coming up. I think they will do a deep dive into technicals and deal experience. Any way I can spin general m&a experience into FIG related? I know the modeling in quite different.
Also any insight into the types of questions FIG/MS typically asks? Any material you recommend brushing up on?
Would appreciate any other advice or insights as well. Thanks in advance!
