Incoming M&A analyst at a non GS / JPM BB. Want to lateral into RX IB (HL, EVR, PJT, LAZ etc) down the line. Should I stay where I am, re-recruit for a better BB, or is it better to jump into a more industry focused role like RX consulting at a firm that works on more technical creditor mandates, and from there try my luck?
