Currently in an RX group but looking to lateral over to an analyst seat (credit) at an investing firm or more institutional group (MS,JPM, GS PC). Wanted to network but was worried about word reaching back to my current firm. What are the odds of something like this happening and then hearing about how I want to leave early?
