Career Resources
Wouldn't lump Gugg in with the other two(unless Chicago). If it was Gugg I'd absolutely jump on that opportunity. If you're at WF I'd probably got to HL or Baird, but then try and lateral up in the same coverage group after a couple years, maybe for VP promote. If you're at UBS or RBC I'd probably try for an internal transfer if possible, otherwise do the prior.
