Lateral ranking
Got an offer from another bank and I plan to leave. But it’s already 8 months now so I’m concerned about the ranking. The new bank told me they are not going to rank me this year but this gives me a sense of doing nothing for the first year.
Any thoughts/experience? Thanks a lot
