Lazard Industrials London

Hi,

I'm in process to join Lazard Industrials team as an associate in London.

If anyone has good insights on this team (verticals covered, strong sector MDs, average deal size) and specifically exit opps, culture, hours, WLB, pay.

Many thanks in advance for sharing!

Understandable for a bloated BB, but for laz I just dont get how this is possible? Obviously not a headcount issue considering the lateral activity, so are juniors being fired purely for just being poor quality? Is this common in your groups?

Lazard, and generally more shops like HL, Rothschild, etc... have been dipping their toes in the lower mid market. I've seen processes with EBITDA lower than 10m. Think it's just a general trend due to the tough market over the past year.

As for Lazard industrials, they've currently got a few good mandates on. Heard good things about the seniors from my MD.
