At this stage HL RX is probably better than Lazard RX. Lazard lost some notable seniors over the year and the group is definitely not what it once was
Laz is more elite

Even LA? Thought that would be more elite given that's their HQ
NY Rx gives you more opportunity to recruit, also HL LA exits the last couple years have not been strong.
