Leaving before 1 yr? How to handle it best
Leaving ~10 mo into the job for another non IB role. Just wondering how I should handle this best with my staffer, teams. Also, do you think I should copy directors / MDs on my goodbye email? Not sure if folks will be mad I'm leaving before the 2 years.
