Hey All -
Curious what everyone has heard about Leerink comp. Know they've been poaching people across the street at every level and know they're paying up, but what have they been offering junior bankers? Are they hiring people from less prestigious banks or paying to get analysts/associates are better institutions?
bump. I would hope so they had an insane year for revenue generation per head last year. would be pretty shitty if they didnt pay up
on the research side, we are well compensated and above street. I can't give color on the banking side sadly, but it would be hard to imagine it isn't inline with research.
