I mean all the banks that you listed out are significant level ups so makes sense.
Not sure what time period those laterals occurred, but it had deal flow up until last year when there was an exodus of senior bankers. I cannot imagine you will get good reps at anything outside of Biopharma at Leerink any longer.

Yes that makes sense - some of them joined at summer 2022 so probly had some experiences, but two guys who joined at summer 23 and lateraled to Moelis M&A and HL hc within a year and I don't know how they did it
