Left MF. Trouble recruiting. Questions

Long story short I joined MF and it didn't work out. I've had trouble recruiting since

I just got an offer for MMIB - associate. Comp is honestly higher than I was making in PE which is shocking. But, the name is a vast step down from BX.

Do I keep recruiting with the hopes of landing an investing seat, or do I count my blessings and take a mid six figs IB seat now? I don't really know what to do. I'm not excited by banking, but it is appealing, and I haven't had much luck recruiting for investment seats.

How is the market looking rn?
