Leverage return offer - URGENT

Hi everyone, I recently received a return offer from my internship and I want to leverage it for other firms. The idea hadn't crossed my mind about re-recruiting earlier and thus - I didn't actively networking for full time. How would you recommend go about this? I've also got first round interviews from other firms, do I let them know that I only have a week till I have to sign it?

Any insight would be appreciated!

Tell the firms you have interviews that you have the other offer and when it explodes, they may accelerate for you. Probably don't go for an extension in this market though.
