Really interesting. Things like this makes me think sometimes.
Interesting video. He's right about the money, though. I'm positive anybody who works in banking is in it, primarily, for the notion that there will be a big compensation. Nobody will tell you they will still do what they do in IB if they only make 30k a year.
Some people are frank. An alumni came and gave us a presentation and he said, "I would not pursue this career if it were not for the money. I mean, straight out of undergrad, what jobs pay 100k? Mine does."
