Has anyone else noticed that every person you come across that struggles to think outside the box tends to be someone who has worked at that one company their entire career. I’ve come to this habit to search people’s experience whom I’ve come across that always tend to make a simple situation more complicated just because they are stubborn and every single time it’s someone who has been working at that same firm since college.
