As an analyst id gladly taken an extra 10k
A millionare would also gladly take an extra $10k.
But with other banks offering $20k plus bonuses, and other banks raising salary / all-in pay bands, $10k isn't much of a statement relative to what other banks are doing to incentivise juniors to stay.
Most banks have offered nothing. Only a select few offered anything and only ~3 have given more than 10k.
