LMM Boutique M&A Banks

Is there any value to:

1) Pulling together of all the LMM boutique banks in the U.S.? 2) All of the transactions they do? 3) Making their industry reports searchable?

Real firms, real deals, searchable with natural language (not SIC code).

If it were free, would people use it? What about paying a small fee?

Pitchbook and CapIQ try to do this, but I have found it to be GIGO. It is all so automated that when I create lists there is a lot of irrelevant information.

Would love to know your thoughts.

Would be really valuable to students looking for internships. I did some of my own research and came up with a list for personal use of alums and connections to LMM botiques when I was earlier in college. This could be helpful given that it's tough to find high quality info on this especially if you're in college or looking to break in to IB.
