Can confirm significantly more - a certain 'prospect in m&a has just gone and commented negatively on three Santander related posts in a few minutes. I assume this means Santander have sent out some rejections today.

Based on my knowledge this is accurate for first year graduates on a 12 month contract. My cousin was there and had a significant 2nd year boost (though not sure how much) - I’m guessing an/aso means this is in reference to a senior analyst so should be more

imo ppl over-value the importance of 10k (like 6k after tax). not very important in the long run

I mean I know someone who picked an offer at an EB in London since it paid 70k instead of BofA which paid 65k, while BofA was definitely the stronger name in London. I feel like people get way too hung up on differences in graduate salaries
