Looking to lateral to IB from a trading role… open to suggestions

I’ve been working at the same firm out of college for over 4 years (including internship), and I’m honestly burnt out and looking for a change.

My question is about what level I should apply for in IB with over 4 years of financial advisory/trading expertise? Given my resume and the success I’ve had at a bulge bracket financial advisory firm, I’m thinking that I could probably lateral to a VP position, but I’m willing to step down to an associate role if it’s the right firm. Open to any and all suggestions, thank you in advance!

No clue why everyone is gate keeping the VP role from me - I even said I’d take an associate role for the right firm. I was top of my internship class at NWM and had continued success building out a team below me of people OLDER than I am. I’m no stranger to developing talent and have climbed the corporate ladder faster than you analysts commenting on my post. Plus, I’d like to think my technical skills are pretty sharp too.
