Been on the lower MM for a while (almost unknown firm). Seems way more complicated than expected and pay is def not same as BB or elite boutique. However, the working hours are not as brutal from time to time. Just curious if I can get traction in BB or elite from here or bound to stay within this territory. Been here a year now. IB analyst
