Hey all, was hoping to get some input from ex M&A bankers who moved to PE. Currently a first year in a M&A group at a BB (closed two transactions) and have had a good experience so far.
It seems like in M&A you are in a lot of live, interesting processes (and get to close more transactions) vs PE. I was wondering how traditional PE compares vs M&A and your experience in both?
Would really appreciate any insights!
