Macquarie Consumer, Gaming, Leisure Group

Hi all,

I'm looking for some insight on Macquarie's Consumer, Gaming, and Leisure Group. It sounds like a great group to work with, but I just want to get some better insight into their strengths. I'm aware of their LA and NYC offices, but not sure how they interact. It's also hard to find recent transactions they've done. Looking for some bullets for "Why us?". Any/all help is very appreciated. Thanks!

They do everything gaming/casino related. David Berman the global head of the group is also the head of the whole IB division (known as Macquarie Capital), so obviously the group has great deal flow. Past couple of years they have worked on SG acquired by Brookfield, Eldorado's acquisition of Caesars, and Apollo's acquisition of GCG. The NYC team is only a handful of people with most of the team sitting in LA, obviously given Las Vegas.
