Making an excel table... PLEASE HELP!

Hey everyone, Just started a new summer intern position, thrown right into building a model essentially from scratch, no training, little guidance, etc, but I want to impress the boss so if someone with some experience could help me out it would be great.

I have the model pretty much built, but I want to create a table that shows what happens to the money multiple (one of the outputs of the model) and another showing the IRR (another output of the model) when I change two inputs (P/E ratio and growth in AUM). I have put a picture of what I am envisioning. The problem is that there isn't one formula that spits out that information based on the change of those variables. Is there a way to create a list of values you want excel to run through the model, and have it put the outputs into a chart automatically. I'm sure there is using VBA but I definitely dont know how to use that. Please help!
