Master in Non Target or CFA?

I am doing my Bachelor in Business Administration at a Non Targer university part-time. No Target University in Germany offers the master's degree part-time. What makes more sense? Master in a non-target university or rather the CFA? My goal is to break into IB/CF in small boutiques of which we have many in Germany.

When does the CFA make sense?
