I'll be joining a convertibles team at a BB (which sits within the ECM team) for full time this summer. I interned there so I have a good general sense of the products we covered (converts, mandatories, ASRs + both debt and equity capital structure sides), but I'd like to get some more technical expertise before starting. Does anyone have any books/materials they'd recommend taking a look at in these few coming months? Thanks so much!
