With H/S, I'd think your extracurricular would be weighed much more heavily as many many candidates will have very similar profiles as yours and too bad Asian males are over-represented minority everywhere you go these days. As long as you have a stellar background besides school and jobs AND communicate that well on the application and during the interview, I doubt any school will ignore you.
