I currently work in South America and live very comfortably with my salary.
My company offered me a relocation to Miami with a 100k salary + 20% annual bonus.
I work in Project Finance and hours are good but I am worried that I wouldn’t be able to live comfortable with this salary in Miami.
Does anyone have any inputs or live in Miami and can tell me a bit more?

You'll live fine with 100k in Miami.
The only places where rent could be high is Miami beach and Brickell. Anything outside of that you'll be fine.
Miami is not as expensive as other major cities. And even if you need to be in Brickell rent isnt terrible for what you get. Pm if you wanna discuss more.

Brickell rent is hella cheap compared to major cities, 100k base will be just fine
That’s enough for Miami. Average salary there is $65k and you’re almost double that.

100k is so fine. You can live in an unreal building in brickel for 1.5-2 with a roomate. Have a bunch of buddies down there right now. Don’t live in Miami beach its trashy and all tourists
100k in Miami is plenty, just don't get too caught up in the party lifestyle. Live in Brickell, that's where all the young professionals/non-transients live and you can do quite well there under $2k/month.
