Unpaid no-name IB internship 101
Have you or someone you know interned with them? I am talking to them right now and have an interview next week. Keep in mind this is for my sophomore summer, not junior.
No, but if it is a no-name boutique, it is probably unpaid.
I believe it would be unpaid if I decide to do it. Is it reasonable to ask the firm to at least cover housing and then work for free? Seems pretty ridiculous to not pay an intern but expect them to live in NYC.
